This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to HR operations, encompassing administrative duties, reporting, and active involvement in project initiatives designed to improve the overall employee experience. You’ll also have the opportunity to learn from HR professionals in all different types of roles within HR - from talent acquisition, to workplace operations, to HR business partners.

Start Date: March 2024

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing materials and participating in new hire orientation sessions.
  • Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees, providing assistance and guidance on company policies and benefits.
  • Manage background checks, reference letters, work certificates, learning budgets.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and confidential employee records and documentation.
  • Participate in HR projects, contributing to research, data analysis, and presentation preparation.
  • Running reports and maintaining analytics dashboards.
  • Update and maintain the HR database (BambooHR and other tools used in the People team)
  • Collaborate with the HR team on various administrative tasks
  • Support the overall People team with coordination tasks, including back-up when colleagues are out of the office.

What we look for in you

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or completed a commercial apprenticeship.
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and actively contribute to HR initiatives and projects.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Team player who maintains a customer orientated approach
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • An eye for process improvement; an ability to help us find ways to be more efficient
  • The desire to learn more about the business processes of a SaaS company

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in a relevant role
  • German language skills
  • Experience with the Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets)
