We are looking for a Growth Engineer in the Growth Team, who will help us improve Beekeeper for all of our Customers. You will plan, implement and analyse experiments, to validate ideas and find the best solutions for the customers. The Growth Team is a cross-functional team containing product and growth managers, engineers and a product designer to work as a fully functioning and highly effective unit.

We are looking for you if you are comfortable working in a full-stack cloud based environment, using tools like Hotjar and Mixpanel to analyse user behaviour and leverage tools such as Pendo to get quick prototypes out. Your job within the team will be to support/build initiatives to find new innovative solutions and technologies to grow the company and bring it to its next level.

Technologies that you will work on are Quarkus, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Vue.js, Docker, Amazon Web Services, MySQL, Debezium and Clickhouse, and interfacing them with different programming languages like Java, Python, Javascript/TypeScript and Kotlin.

Your responsibilities

  • Be an active participant in planning and prioritising impactful experiments
  • Implement backend requirements for any projects or experiments of the Growth Team
  • Implement product changes with rapid data-driven iterations
  • Support the productization of successful experiments and build MVPs together with all stakeholders of the team to really build solutions that have a real impact on metrics and users
  • Discover and introduce all the necessary tooling and infrastructure needed for rapid growth
  • Our engineers have an on-call duty. When you be will up to speed we expect you to be part of the rota as well

What we look for in you

  • 3+ years experience in software coding and development, specifically in back-end development
  • Experience with Java and JavaScript/TypeScript (Vue)
  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • You care about code quality and continuous refactoring
  • Experience in the Product Led Growth framework and Continuous Onboarding methodologies
  • A “Just get it done”-mindset
  • Proficiency in English (speaking and writing) as English is our company language
  • Eligibility to work in Poland. This is a full time inhouse position
