We’re looking to expand our team with a Senior Customer Marketing Manager who has B2B marketing experience and looking to join a team that’s part of a high-growth, fast-paced SaaS company!

As a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will be working closely within the organization to plan and execute campaigns focused on customer expansion and customer engagement programs through a myriad of channels including webinars, events, conferences and more!

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and manage customer segmentation and targeting strategies to deliver personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing customers.
  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, including referral initiatives, testimonials, and case studies in collaboration with product marketing.
  • Partner with product marketing to provide feedback from customers to inform product development and enhancements.
  • Lead planning and execution of Beekeeper’s bi-annual customer conference and its supporting summit events
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM systems to track and analyze customer data, manage campaigns, and measure ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and best practices in customer marketing.

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years years of experience in a customer marketing or B2B marketing role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful customer marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a strong attention to detail and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with managing internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using data analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance, with the ability to analyze data sets and extract actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems, such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Fluency in English (C1+) and German is a must.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in account based marketing as part of customer marketing strategy
  • Working in a high-growth SaaS company is a plus
