We’re seeking a driven, consultative Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and has a proven track record of balancing complex sales cycles with proactive prospecting. As a key player in our team, you’ll leverage your expertise in value-based selling, web applications, and sales tools to confidently convey FMG’s unique ability to solve client challenges through music-led solutions. You’ll work autonomously, making a significant impact on our growth and success.

In this role you will:
- Drive growth of FMG's product suite by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads to meet revenue objectives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead qualification to deal closure, keeping up-to-date and detailed records in HubSpot.
- Maintain clear revenue reporting with transparent pipeline management and monthly forecasts.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concept scenarios to enhance customer confidence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Curation, and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
About you:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in an activity-driven startup environment.
- Strong knowledge of strategic sales processes and experience in SaaS, B2B2C, and enterprise sales involving multiple stakeholders.
- Dynamic, flexible, organized, and proactive, with a passion for professional growth.
- Track record of supporting cross-functional teams and fostering collaborative environments.
- Extensive network within major agencies and Fortune 500 companies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
