We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for interviewing and selecting top talent, while also contributing to various HR processes to ensure a positive and productive work environment. This is a full-time contractual seasonal position from December (as soon as possible) to April.

• Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
• Ability to manage multiple open roles, conducting back to back interviews, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software. Experience with Workable and Rippling is a plus
• Proficiency in G-suite applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Base Salary: Php 69,200/month
