Process Improvement Specialist
About the Role
We’re looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to lead initiatives that enhance efficiency, consistency, and scalability across the organization. You’ll play a critical role in designing smarter workflows, streamlining operations, and driving sustainable change.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams — from operations leadership to change management — to build and implement processes that power LawnStarter’s continued growth. You’ll report directly to the Associate Director of Operations.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze current workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
- Design, document, and implement optimized processes aligned with business goals.
- Use data and performance metrics to measure process effectiveness and impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure new processes are practical and scalable.
- Develop detailed SOPs, process maps, and documentation for clarity and consistency.
- Lead change management initiatives and training to support successful adoption.
- Continuously monitor and refine processes to drive ongoing improvement.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement across all teams.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related role.
- Proven ability to design and implement efficient business processes.
- Strong analytical mindset — you love using data to guide decisions.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Visio).
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Experience in change management or training is a plus.
- [Optional] Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
