We are looking for a Senior Product Trainer to join our dynamic and growing Customer Experience Team!
About the Role:
Customer & Partner Training
- Lead live, instructor-led product training sessions for customers (virtual and in-person).
- Tailor training experiences for different audiences, including end users, administrators, and executive stakeholders.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and trusted advisor during customer engagements.
Content & Curriculum Ownership
- Own and continuously evolve the customer training curriculum, ensuring alignment with product releases and roadmap changes.
- Design and maintain training assets including documentation, slide decks, hands-on exercises, LMS content, and video-based learning.
- Partner with video production resources to create scalable, on-demand training content.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to:
- Provide structured feedback gathered from customer training sessions
- Influence product improvements and usability enhancements
- Work with Support and Customer Success teams to address training gaps and recurring customer challenges.
Measurement & Optimization

- Define and track training effectiveness using feedback, adoption metrics, and engagement data.
- Use insights to continuously improve training delivery, content quality, and customer outcomes.
About You:
- 3–6+ years of experience delivering customer-facing training for SaaS or enterprise software products
- Proven ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Strong experience with live virtual training and in-person facilitation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience creating structured training content and curricula
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Support, and Customer Success teams
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience training on IWMS, enterprise platforms, or highly configurable SaaS products
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Articulate 360, Storyline, Snagit, or similar
- Experience contributing to customer education strategy or enablement programs

Base pay offered is contingent on qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is just one piece of the full compensation structure offered at Tango. If this pay range is outside of your expectations, we still encourage you to apply and have a conversation with us.
Base pay offered for this position is: $85,000 - $105,000.
