We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our fantastic Services team!

About the Role:

Lease/Space/Facilities Management Subject Matter Expertise

· Serve as a senior business SME for Space Management and Facilities operations

· Lead space data governance strategy, space utilization planning, and portfolio optimization initiatives

· Translate real estate and facilities business requirements into scalable IWMS and CAD solutions

· Advise executive stakeholders on space strategy, occupancy planning, and facilities technology roadmaps

· Provide thought leadership across industries

CAD & IWMS Leadership

· Lead enterprise CAD initiatives across IWMS platforms (e.g. TRIRIGA, ServiceNow, Nuvolo)

· Oversee CAD integration architecture, data standards, and delivery methodologies

· Establish and scale CAD services lines of business

· Define CAD implementation best practices and governance models

· Ensure alignment between space drawings, asset data, and system configuration

Project & Practice Leadership

· Lead multiple concurrent professional services engagements

· Oversee scoping, budgeting, resource planning, and full lifecycle delivery

· Direct and mentor cross-functional consulting teams

· Drive delivery excellence across Space & Facilities programs

Client Engagement & Executive Communication

· Lead workshops, steering committees, and executive-level discussions

· Partner with clients to define IWMS strategies and transformation roadmaps

· Support business development through solution demonstrations and strategic advisory

· Maintain long-term client relationships

About You:

· 8+ years of experience in IWMS, Space Management, and Facilities systems

· Demonstrated expertise in CAD integration and enterprise drawing management

· Proven experience leading multi-client portfolios and managing concurrent engagements

· Experience directing and mentoring consulting teams

· Strong executive presence with ability to lead high-impact discussions

· Experience supporting sales and business development initiatives

· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Real Estate, or related discipline

· Experience in working with Tango preferred
