About the Role

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll join a collaborative, highly creative, and fast-paced team to design and build cutting-edge web experiences and AI-driven solutions. You’ll play a key role as both architect and developer, shaping technologies that power Mobi’s portfolio of travel AI products —used by some of the world’s leading brands.

This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to work across the stack—from building intuitive product experiences to developing the APIs, services, and systems that power them. You’ll work closely with product, design, and other engineers to turn complex problems into simple, reliable experiences for our customers and their travelers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain scalable MCP and agent applications using modern frameworks and libraries.

• Build, maintain, and optimize APIs and infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.

• Review code to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues; Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability.

• Follow best practices for testing and evaluation of agent applications, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Stay current with trends, tools, and emerging technologies in the field of computer science and artificial intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field—or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in Python.

• Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress, Playwright).

• Proficiency with backend APIs and RESTful services.

• Experience with AWS compute and storage services (e.g. Lambda, DynamoDB).

• Experience and comfort using AI Tools (CodeX, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.) to automate workflows.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Understanding of MCP and Agent frameworks.

Pay Transparency

The base salary range for this US full-time position is $150,000-$190,000 and is eligible for an annual company bonus, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. All candidates receive equity (ISO) and access to a comprehensive benefits offering. The base salary range reflects the minimum and maximum targets for candidates. The following factors are considered when determining the compensation offered: work location, skills, experience, and any relevant education or training.
