About the Role
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play an active role in building and maintaining our platform. Daily you will be adding new features to support our travel use cases, and evolving code design to improve the robustness and contribute to the scalability of our platform. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and lead Junior developers on the team. You will also have the chance to solve complex problems and see your solutions come to life in different fields.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.).
  • Proficient with expert experience in Java (especially using Spring).
  • In-depth understanding of programming fundamentals
  • Passionate about writing clean and robust code and have written automation tests to ensure the quality and performance of your code.

Required Soft Skills

  • Experience and interest in either mentoring or managing individual contributors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment and bounce ideas off your colleagues.
  • Proven track record of working independently.
  • High adaptability and ease in navigating dynamic work environments.

Nice to Have Skills

  • Experience in Python
  • Experience building data-centric applications
  • Strong appreciation for the tradeoff between different data structures/algorithms.
