About the Role:

Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for candidates and fostering a dynamic workplace? Join our team as a People Operations Coordinator, where you'll be at the heart of our recruitment, training, and people operations processes. In this role, you will be the primary administrator of our LMS, will own the coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of interviews for all our open roles, ensuring every candidate feels valued and informed throughout the process, and also support the entire people function as needed. Your proactive communication skills will shine as you guide candidates through each step, making sure they have all the information they need to succeed.

Beyond recruitment, you will support various talent acquisition initiatives, from employer branding to DE&I strategies. You'll play a key role in onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the company, and serve as the learning management system (LMS) administrator, working with cross-functional teams to implement training curricula and report on learner progress. You'll also provide logistical support for team events, reward and recognition programs, and performance management, contributing to our vibrant and inclusive culture. What You Will Do:

  • Own coordination, scheduling, and facilitation of interviews across all our open roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
  • Manage workflows and maintain candidate information within our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse); ensure data is correct across all systems while building and maintaining reports in Google Sheets to track key metrics.
  • Facilitate strong partnerships with hiring managers and interviewers by proactively problem-solving and providing solutions surrounding interview scheduling and logistics
  • Identify areas for improvement in recruiting processes and existing programs
  • Occasionally review resume sources for our current open role and make candidate recommendations
  • Support additional TA initiatives as needed, including employer branding, DE&I strategy and planning/attending recruiting events
  • Conduct new hire onboarding and orientation, including background checks, systems setup, and recordkeeping.
  • Serve as the learning management system (LMS) administrator, liaising with cross-functional teams to develop training curriculum and reporting on learner data and progress.
  • Provide logistical support for in-person and virtual team events, reward and recognition programs, and performance management.
  • Assist with ad hoc people ops processes and projects such as team member engagement initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, data management, and process improvement efforts.

About You:

  • At least 1 year of recruiting and/or people operations experience
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred)
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent planning and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Open-minded, willing to learn from others, and excited by new opportunities to learn every day!
