About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly engaged and strategic Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist to help us grow our digital presence, build a strong network, and create meaningful connections across the payments and ecommerce space. You are someone who’s not just online—but chronically online in the best way. You understand how digital communities work, where real conversations happen, and how to position a brand to be part of them. You’ll be responsible for actively participating in relevant industry threads, building relationships with influencers and partners, and managing our presence across social channels. You’ll also help create content, support events, and run targeted paid campaigns when needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage daily in B2B conversations across LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, X (Twitter), Discord, and other platforms to build brand awareness, nurture relationships, and position Sticky.io as a subject matter expert in the payments and ecommerce space

  • Build and maintain a network of influencers, partners, and collaborators in fintech, ecommerce, and the broader payments ecosystem

  • Collaborate on influencer and partner marketing initiatives to amplify our reach and co-create content or campaign moments

  • Create and execute a social media strategy focused on audience growth, thought leadership, product education, employee culture, and lead generation

  • Manage inbound DMs and social/email inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail

  • Plan and execute paid social media and occasional PPC campaigns aligned with brand and performance goals

  • Support blog posts, newsletters, product updates, and event-related promotions in collaboration with the broader marketing team

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of B2B social media or digital marketing experience (SaaS, fintech, or ecommerce preferred)

  • Understanding of the payments ecosystem—including MIDs, gateways, high-risk processing, cascading, routing, and ecommerce platforms & CRMs

  • Proven success building online audiences, driving engagement, and establishing thought leadership

  • Familiarity with influencer and partner marketing within a B2B or fintech context

  • Comfortable managing and optimizing paid social campaigns

  • Excellent writing, communication, and community management skills

  • Creative eye for content and brand storytelling

  • Experience with Hubspot or other marketing CMS platforms
