Overview:

Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Contract: 7 Months, Opportunity for Indefinite Term

Workplace: Hybrid - Office in Amsterdam, near Museumplein

Hours: 40

Reports to: Director, Partner Sales

Language requirement: Fluency in Dutch & English is essential

As a Field Sales Manager, you play a pivotal role in nurturing relationships with existing resellers while actively pursuing new business opportunities. You have a sharp instinct for identifying untapped potential to expand our distribution network. In addition to driving growth, you ensure exceptional service delivery by offering ongoing support, analyzing account and market trends, and uncovering new revenue streams.

You must hold a full Dutch driving licence for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Reseller Relationships: Strengthen partnerships by continuously adding value and services to existing accounts.
  • Account Planning: Maintain and review account plans to align with evolving customer priorities.
  • Revenue Growth: Drive sales from both existing customers and new business opportunities.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure all initiatives meet budget, quality, and timeline objectives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Schedule meetings and organize progress reviews with resellers and BHN leadership.
  • Operations & Representation: Resolve escalations, manage CRM orders, and represent BHN at trade fairs.

Qualifications:

  • Account Management: Build and grow reseller relationships through strategic planning.
  • Sales Growth: Deliver revenue from existing accounts and new business.
  • Project Delivery: Manage projects to meet budget, quality, and timelines.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • CRM & Representation: Use CRM tools and represent the business at trade fairs.
