Overview:

Blackhawk Network India is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to accelerate our digital transformation and strengthen demand generation efforts. This role will focus on HubSpot Marketing Hub administration and campaign execution, ensuring operational excellence and driving measurable business impact.

You will serve as a key enabler for global and regional marketing teams—providing maker-checker support, optimizing workflows, and bridging resource gaps. Beyond execution, you’ll lead initiatives that enhance HubSpot capabilities, improve data integrity, and enable accurate ROI and attribution reporting.

The ideal candidate is a HubSpot Marketing Hub expert with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize independently, and deliver platform maturity with minimal oversight. Within 90 days, you will define success metrics aligned with leadership and demonstrate impact through process improvements and optimized execution.

Responsibilities:

This role offers a unique opportunity to influence marketing performance across the organization through strategic use of HubSpot. Core responsibilities include:

  • HubSpot Campaign Execution
  • Lead and manage high-value global campaigns, including brand and cross-LOB initiatives that span multiple geographies and business units.
  • Maker-Checker Support
  • Provide quality assurance for marketer-led campaigns in HubSpot. Review workflows, email sequences, and automation logic for accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • New Business Unit Onboarding
  • Support onboarding of new business units into HubSpot, ensuring alignment with enterprise best practices for workflows, lead management, lifecycle stages, and campaign assets.
  • Platform Enhancements & Special Projects
  • Drive integrations and enhancements that improve HubSpot functionality and marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Platform Admin, IT, and Geo/LOB Marketing teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
  • Conduct training sessions and promote adoption of advanced features like A/B testing, dynamic content, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Reporting & Attribution
  • Maintain campaign tagging and documentation for accurate reporting and ROI analysis.
  • Partner with Marketing Analytics to validate data accuracy and resolve attribution gaps impacting revenue measurement.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years in Digital Marketing or Marketing Automation supporting lead generation and sales alignment.
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (email automation, workflows, lead scoring, campaign management, reporting).
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, lifecycle stages, and deal pipelines.
  • Proven ability to analyze performance using HubSpot dashboards and external tools.
  • Experience managing marketing technology projects in a matrixed organization.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong ownership mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Experience

  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification or CRM implementation experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics integrations.
  • Interest in personalization, segmentation, automation strategy, and customer journey optimization.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or advanced Excel).
  • Understanding of design-thinking principles in marketing.
  • Awareness of evolving MarTech trends and technologies.
