Overview:

The Sales Enablement Lead is a key member of the Sales Enablement team and part of the Global Revenue Operations organization. The Sales Enablement team drives the effectiveness and productivity of the global sales teams by focusing on the following key areas:

  • Training & Education: Designing and delivering programs to equip the sales team. Programs generally fall within these pillars: BHN & The Industry, Sellable Solutions (products) & Use Cases, Selling Skills & Messaging, Processes, Sales Tools
  • Sales Technology Tools for GTM (Prospecting & Opportunity Management): Access, management, training and optimization of the GTM technology tools that support the Sales organization and drive seller efficiency and performance. To name a few: Gong, Seismic, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, CRM
  • Content for Sales Use: Act as the bridge between Sales and Marketing to ensure relevant, effective content and tools are created, maintained, and accessible to sellers.
  • Sales Readiness & Go To Market Assistance: Partnering with sales, marketing, product and others to ensure seamless execution of product launches and sales campaigns. Examples include: Campaign setup, contact data (ZoomInfo), cadence (Salesloft) setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage users and access across key GTM sales tools supporting prospecting and opportunity management, including onboarding/offboarding, licensing, permissions, configuration support, and reporting.
  • Serve as a frontline support resource for sales tools, troubleshooting user issues, resolving access and workflow problems, and escalating system-level defects or enhancements to Sales Ops / IT / vendors as needed.
  • Contribute to ongoing optimization of sales tools and workflows, helping drive adoption through training, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain the SharePoint-based sales process asset library, ensuring sales process documentation, templates, job aids, and training materials are organized, current, and easy for sellers to find and use.
  • Manage general communications from Sales Enablement to the sales team, including training announcements, program updates, tool changes, process updates, and reinforcement messaging.
  • Own segments of the Sales Training Calendar, keeping schedules organized, accurate, and up to date.
  • Coordinate scheduling, communications, and logistics for all pillars of the sales training program: Selling Skills & Messaging, Sellable Solutions, BHN & Industry Overview, Processes, and Sales Tools.
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver training for select pillars of the sales training program. Content delivery is typically led by the Sales Enablement Lead, though at times other BHN departments and/or vendors may facilitate sessions. This role requires developing a deep understanding of key aspects of the training program to ensure effective and engaging training experiences.
  • Coordinate sales onboarding for various sales roles to accelerate ramp time and enhance productivity, including tool access provisioning, enablement content, and onboarding session delivery.
  • Automate and streamline manual processes to improve scalability and consistency across the enablement program and sales operations workflows.
  • Other responsibilities, as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Seismic, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong (or similar); ability to support adoption and troubleshoot issues is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under deadlines and successfully handle competing priorities.
  • Organized and able to follow verbal and written instructions while delivering consistent, accurate work.
  • Strong communication skills (written, presentations, and meetings). Comfortable delivering training and enablement updates.
  • Ability to operate independently, exercise sound judgment, and adapt when priorities shift.
  • Positive attitude and team-first mindset with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Experience

  • +5 years of experience in sales enablement/sales operations or equivalent work-related experience.
  • Experience with learning management system.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in key knowledge areas.
