Reports to: Inside Sales Supervisor

We’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative to join our UK Transactional Sales Team.


This role is heavily focused on new business generation through proactive outbound activity, alongside developing repeat revenue from reactivated and newly won accounts. You’ll be responsible for identifying and converting opportunities by calling historic leads, re-engaging dormant accounts, and building strong relationships that lead to repeat orders and long-term growth.

This is a hands-on sales role suited to someone who is confident with outbound calling, disciplined in structuring their day, and motivated by converting leads into opportunities and revenue.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through high‑volume outbound activity, targeting historic leads, lapsed customers, and priority prospects.
  • Re‑engage dormant accounts and convert inactive relationships into consistent, repeat‑ordering customers.
  • Qualify opportunities, uncover customer needs, and convert deals through structured, consultative selling.
  • Build relationships with key decision‑makers to drive both initial orders and ongoing repeat revenue.
  • Manage a growing portfolio of accounts while balancing new business generation with repeat revenue performance.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and activity records, using Excel and reporting tools to track progress and ensure a professional customer experience from first contact to conversion.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in outbound calling, inside sales, or new business development
  • Demonstrated success converting leads into opportunities and revenue
  • Confident, resilient communicator comfortable with proactive sales outreach
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to structure and prioritise daily activity
  • High attention to detail with strong sales administration capability
  • CRM-savvy and data-literate, with good Excel and MS Office skills
