Reports to: Client Services Manager
We are seeking an Operations Specialist to join our Service Delivery team. This role is responsible for the day‑to‑day management of key operational tasks that support the successful delivery of client projects. The position is split between order processing and administrative support, working closely with Account Teams to ensure smooth client and project onboarding, timely handling of queries, and the creation of required documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Manage internal and external queries via Outlook and CRM within agreed SLAs, providing efficient and professional communication.
- Support Account Managers and Sales with administration tasks, including client onboarding, document creation, and report preparation.
- Accurately process client orders and project data, including file creation/uploads, to support invoicing and operational delivery.
- Maintain client schemes and raising engineering requests and performing data quality checks as required.
- Produce and maintain operational documentation, including Work Instructions and monthly client MI reports.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Finance, Customer Services, Voucher Operations, Client Services) while adhering to BHN data security and GDPR standards and demonstrating BHN values.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar operational role with excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem‑solving skills, and the ability to retain information in a highly process‑driven environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with solid experience in analysing and reporting on client data.
- Effective time‑management skills, able to prioritise workload and resolve queries within agreed SLAs.
- Highly self‑motivated and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Desirable: Basic HTML experience to support operational and platform‑related tasks.
