· Coordinate seasonal or limited-edition designs for major events (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Back to School)
· 4. Product Operations & Lifecycle Management
· Own SKU management across digital and physical channels, including pack size, denominations, expiry settings, and barcode changes.
· Maintain product change logs—artwork updates, retailer lineup adjustments, new denominations, or platform changes.

· Coordinate with Engineering/Platform teams to ensure all included retailers have correct redemption routing (POS, online, or hybrid).
· Validate settlement logic, redemption rules, and fraud thresholds for each retailer in the bundle.
· Manage the mapping tables that define which retailers are available on each multi-branded card.
· Support onboarding of new retailers: UAT, catalog configuration, payment flows, and integration testing.
· 6. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
· Ensure all card packaging and digital listings comply with APAC gift card laws (expiry rules, fees, consumer disclosures).
· Maintain retailer terms, cardholder T&Cs, and mandated consumer messaging.
· Coordinate with Legal to manage changes to store inclusion, redemption limitations, or disclaimers.
· Ensure consistent application of GST/VAT rules across all participating retailers.
· 7. Channel Enablement & Go-To-Market
· Support Retail Sales, E-commerce, and Corporate teams with ready-to-use product information, imagery, and retailer value propositions.
· Create channel-specific merchandising guidelines for the Aggregated cards product family.
