Reports to: Marketing Director

This role reports to the Director, Marketing – OC EMEA, with a dotted line to B2B lead, and sits within a wider pan-EMEA Marketing team which reports to the SVP, EMEA and APAC. As regional marketing lead for Ireland, the Senior Product Marketing Manager executes the marketing strategy for Consumer and B2B.

You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and plans across Ireland aligned to business goals. You’ll be working cross-functionally with the Product, D2C, and GTM teams, engaging with key stakeholders within our sales channel network, customers, and third-party agencies. Crucial to the success of this role will be to understand the specific market needs and the ability to develop marketing plans and tactics to meet those needs in Ireland.

You’ll be part of a dynamic and creative pan-EMEA marketing team who enjoy cross-collaboration and deploying effective, exciting campaigns, and marketing activities. You must be passionate about all things marketing, have a thirst for knowledge and expertise in driving positive brand awareness and affinity in the market.

As a senior member of the team, you’ll be expected to work independently and proactively and be a strong voice in the region; contributing towards incremental revenue, new business acquisition and redemptions. On occasion, this role requires travel across Ireland, and to the UK

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

  • Deeply understand the specific market needs for Ireland and plan, develop and execute consumer marketing plans aligned to business goals
  • Develop and execute integrated Consumer marketing campaigns across all marketing channels
  • Develop and execute Distribution Partner sales channels’ marketing activities (physical and digital)
  • Develop QBR decks for major retail partners and present results, as required.
  • Act as a brand guardian ensuring alignment to our brand guidelines all consumer touchpoints (marketing comms, product & packaging, digital etc). Ensure regulatory compliance is adhered to and recorded as required.
  • Develop and execute promotional opportunities for Card Partners
  • Manage third-party agencies and ensure all projects’ timelines, budgets and key objectives are met
  • Track and manage regional marketing budgets
  • Report on marketing performance and evaluate return on marketing investment.
  • Lead regional market research as required
  • Support Marketing Director & Senior Marketing Communications Manager on regional public affairs and/or crisis management.

Responsibilities (B2B):

  • Define and execute demand generation strategies and plans, for current and new products, solutions and use cases, that are aligned to the growth and revenue targets for business, underpinned by insights from market research, business intelligence initiatives, competitive analysis and feedback from customers.
  • Design and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns (inc email, paid, webinars, social, events, PR, content etc) that build brand awareness and deliver strong ROI in terms of lead volumes, lead quality, new business and cross sell / upsell opportunities.
  • Proactively engage with the GTM teams, global and regional marketing to leverage best practice, campaigns and content developed by in other regions.

In partnership with the Digital Marketing Manager, develop the paid media strategy and spend, continuously optimising for lead quality and ROI;

  • Define life cycle management and engagement strategies from acquisition to repeat purchase to drive cross-sell and loyalty of existing customers to increase lifetime value.
  • Manage external agencies and 3rd parties to ensure maximum ROI from all outsourced spend.
  • Track and optimise success based on insights, success metrics include, but not limited to lead volume, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, FYL & LTV.

Deliver regular performance reporting to marketing and commercial leadership, translating data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Proven marketing experience with strong track record either from a consumer FMCG, Retail or B2b background
  • Provent ability to create successful marketing plans that drive results
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills. Ability to speak other European languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment and work to tight deadlines, with attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and curious – if you don’t know the answer, you’ll find it or craft it yourself and share.
  • Leadership skills; ability to drive the agenda and build effective stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and campaign deadlines and adapt to changing situations.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot original marketing opportunities.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks (such as Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, PowerBI, Hubspot)
